Water Quality Determination and Periodic Water Monitoring
According to the environmental regulations, the quality of the ground, surface and drinking water in the region before, during and after the mine site studies are required. In this context, the upstream-downstream relation of the project areas is established and the sampling points are determined and periodic monitoring is performed from these points. The observations are examined in accordance with the “Regulation on the Protection of Groundwater against Pollution and Degradation”, “Regulation on Surface Water Quality” and “Regulation on Waters for Human Consumption”. In addition, if necessary, the relationship of water with each other using isotope chemistry is revealed.
- Water quality determination studies for the project sites.
- Periodical water monitoring studies for mining sites, preparation period, construction period, operation period and rehabilitation periods.
- Determination and reporting of drinking water quality according to the limit values of drinking water sources.
- Determination of relationships and determination of the ages of water with isotope analysis (Oxygen18, Deuterium and Tritium).
